Millions of people in our communities go to work every single day and still come up short, relying on social programs to support their families. Right now, an American family with two children and a parent earning minimum wage lives below the poverty line.
We can take action right now to change that.

Congress has the opportunity right now to raise it.
Now is the time to raise the minimum wage. It’s the right thing for our hardworking families, and it’s the right thing for our economy.
